Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients in logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding sectors.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing structures to potential customers.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements to achieve company sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage online marketing channels, including website updates and social media content.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Support participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer networking events.
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Provide clear communication between customers and internal departments to fulfill requirements.
- Collaborate with management to improve service offerings and customer experience.
