Network System Engineer (Sri Petaling)

Position: Network System Engineer (with Office IT Support) — Malaysian Only

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, and domain environments.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and connectivity issues.
• Perform network diagnostics and system monitoring.
• Provide office IT support (hardware/software setup, user access, documentation).
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system reliability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, Windows & Linux (desktop/server) systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 troubleshooting.
• Basic PowerShell scripting and network command-line tools (ping, tracert, ipconfig).
• Familiarity with domain, email, and web hosting environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to produce clear documentation.
