6. Assists accounts receivable
7. Accounts payable
- Preparing purchase order and cheques payment to supplier.
8. Payroll Staff – EPF & Sosco
9. Petty cash
10. Fixed Deposit - updates
11. Financial reporting to Treasurer and Management Agent
12. Attend residents in (if needed)
- Apply access card/ renovation/bbq
- Any complaints
13. Assist building manager (if needed)
14. Exposure to MC/JMB is an advantage.
15. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
16. Min. 2 years experience.
