Working Hours - work from home - shift scheduled, six days a week - morning shift 7.30am-4.30pm, afternoon shift 4.00pm-1.00am, night shift 11.00pm-8.00am
Job Responsibilities - Handle and monitor client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner - Receive and organize payments, post payments in system - Analyzing, verifying and validating every incoming or outgoing transaction - Prepare weekly and monthly transaction statistics, record and payments reconciliation - Manage customer accounts, including payment information and resolving payment-related inquiries and disputes
Job Requirements - Diploma in accounting, finance or a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, payment processing or a similar role - Proficiency in MS Excel - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
