Contract Executive (Klang)

We’re Hiring: Contract Executive
Location: HQ at Aman Perdana, Klang.
Company: PLATINUM UNITED GROUP
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all pre- and post-contract works as the Main Contractor.
• Prepare, review, and monitor project cost, budgets, and cash flow.
• Manage tender preparation, bill of quantities (BQ), quotations, and progress claims.
• Handle contractual correspondence, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to meet cost and time targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum [2] years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may be considered).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Glodon TAS and TBQ.
