Ensure all daily accounting transactions are processed completely, accurately and timely.
To perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances / OT claims administration others in timely manner.
Preparation of pay-slip for employees.
Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies.
Record employee complaints, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to Head of HR Department.
Provide coordination and communication support to the other departments, whenever necessary.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior as and when needed.
