Job Description
- Produce & distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes & forms
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, & etcc
- Order office supplies & research new deals & suppliers
- Handle petty cash, receipts, invoice and dealing with finance & account department
- Update administrative/operations related data base for General Manager
- Assist on inventory monitor with relevant personnel
- ISO Document Controller
- Planning on ISO annual activities
- ISO related meeting arrangement eg. prepare agenda, notification, minutes of meeting
- Liaise with HOD's and process owners with follow up based on requirements
- Control of documented information of company (eg. policies, procedures, forms, revision, access, database & retention)
- Maintain audits records and follow up on any OFI's and NC's
- Handle and monitor ISO monthly performance
- Coordination with compliance function
- Coordinate & monitor ISO Investigation & Dealing related including whistle-blowing channel.
