We're Hiring: Accounts Clerk (Taman Mount Austin, JB)
Join our dynamic and fast-growing F&B company based in Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru! We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Clerk to be part of our vibrant team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, compile, and file documents related to business transactions
- Record income and expenses using accounting software (AutoCount)
- Verify and reconcile financial records and transactions
- Issue and review invoices, payment vouchers, and account statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/management
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
