Responsibilities:
- Monitor consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive landscape in beauty, personal care, and natural care to spot emerging opportunities and unmet consumer needs.
- Translate opportunities into robust business cases with clear rationale, consumer insights and market need-gaps.
- Perform category sizing and size-of-prize projections to prioritize initiatives.
- Champion product development from concept to launch, ensuring quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
- Partnering with Procurement to Identify, evaluate, and manage partners and suppliers to bring products to life which includes Negotiate costings, lead times, and supply agreements to deliver both efficiency and innovation.
- Develop Go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to design packaging, POS materials, and campaign assets.
- Build sales enablement tools including training kits, launch playbooks, and customer pitch decks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or innovation roles (FMCG, beauty, or personal care preferred).
- Demonstrated success in new product development (NPD), brand innovation, or portfolio expansion.
- Strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
