Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Lead performance management and appraisal systems to drive employee growth and productivity.
  • Design and manage training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration to attract and retain top talent.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Support organizational change management and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
