Assitant Quantity Surveyor (Kota Kinabalu)

1. Educational Background : must at least possess a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying

2. Strong knowledge of construction measurement. estimation & cost control.

3. Familiarity with tendering processes, Bill Of Quantities preparation, contract documentation and project claim.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and measurement software or AutoCAD

5. Understanding in local building codes, contract standards (PAM, JKR, FIDIC) 

6. Must at least experience in Quantity Survey work 2-3 years

7. Strong Analytical and numerical skills.

8. High attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Good communication skills (to liase with site teams, supplier, consultant)

10. Strong organizational skills, able to manage documentation and reporting efficiently

11. Adaptable to both office and site environments

12. Able to meet very tight deadlines and ro work in a team.
