Job Description

  • CIDB Site Supervisor Certification or higher in Construction / Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 3-5 yrs experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in earthworks and civil engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, concrete structures, roadworks, and utilities installation.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes and safety procedures (e.g., CDM regulations).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • IT literate – able to use email, MS Office, and reporting systems.
