Indoor Sales Representative (Kuching)

At Shian Liang Petroleum, we supply industrial fuel and support services to clients across Malaysia. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Indoor Sales Representative to help manage clients, close deals, and support the sales process from the office.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and follow up with clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Support sales team with quotations, orders, and billing
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Build and strengthen relationships with industrial and commercial clients

Who We’re Looking For

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply (due to role requirements)
• Proven experience in indoor sales, telesales, or customer service with a strong track record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
• Target-driven with strong follow-up and lead management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL, and other sales tools
• Team player with high integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are required as you will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
