Job Description

Company Overview

Our client is a Malaysia-based provider of premium transportation and logistics services, the company is known for its reliability, efficiency, and commitment to client satisfaction across global markets.

Responsibilities:-

  • Managing outbound and inbound air shipments.
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Sourcing freight rates and schedule.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Place bookings and issue booking confirmations.
  • Handle Shipping Instructions (S/I), Bills of Lading, pre-alerts, and related documents.
  • Liaise with clients professionally.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in logistics field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1 Junior and 1 Executive Position available.
  • Must be computer literate and have good communication skills.
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8.30am to 1.00pm.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Parklands, Klang.
