Our client is a Malaysia-based provider of premium transportation and logistics services, the company is known for its reliability, efficiency, and commitment to client satisfaction across global markets.
Responsibilities:-
- Managing outbound and inbound air shipments.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Sourcing freight rates and schedule.
- Prepare quotations.
- Place bookings and issue booking confirmations.
- Handle Shipping Instructions (S/I), Bills of Lading, pre-alerts, and related documents.
- Liaise with clients professionally.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in logistics field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1 Junior and 1 Executive Position available.
- Must be computer literate and have good communication skills.
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8.30am to 1.00pm.
- Willing to work in Bandar Parklands, Klang.
