Warehouse Executive (Pandamaran)

Company Overview

A Malaysia-based e-commerce company specializing in artificial plants and household products, the brand sells primarily through TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, offering affordable and stylish home essentials to a wide online audience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and packing goods for delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate a small team of general workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin, both spoken and written, to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in the warehouse.
• Assist in improving warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in warehouse management, especially in e-commerce, is an advantage.
• Good command of Mandarin language (spoken and written).
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturdays, 8.30am to 1.30pm.
• Overtime may be required on Saturdays during high business volume.
• Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang.
