The candidate will be responsible for a dual role that combines financial management with office administration.
Key Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, e-Invoice, and SST regulations.
- Establish internal controls and accounting systems.
- Monitor financial data and create management reports.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
- Handle annual audits, tax submissions, and statutory filings.
Key Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office documents and perform data entry
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel for senior management
- Handle incoming / outgoing communications
- Maintain office facilities and purchase supplies
- Assist with organizing company events
- Provide general admin support, coach teammates, and take on other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Accounting/Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 Year(s)of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience with handling full set accounts (AP/GL/AR) for group of companies are encouraged to apply.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Ms Excel, Ms Words and Ms Office).
- Knowledge on Accounting System with Xero Accounting Software, Autocount will be an advantage
- High initiative and detail oriented.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
