Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for a dual role that combines financial management with office administration.

Key Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, e-Invoice, and SST regulations.
  • Establish internal controls and accounting systems.
  • Monitor financial data and create management reports.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
  • Handle annual audits, tax submissions, and statutory filings.

Key Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office documents and perform data entry
  • Schedule meetings and arrange travel for senior management
  • Handle incoming / outgoing communications
  • Maintain office facilities and purchase supplies
  • Assist with organizing company events
  • Provide general admin support, coach teammates, and take on other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Accounting/Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 Year(s)of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience with handling full set accounts (AP/GL/AR) for group of companies are encouraged to apply.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Ms Excel, Ms Words and Ms Office). 
  • Knowledge on Accounting System with Xero Accounting Software, Autocount will be an advantage
  • High initiative and detail oriented.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
