1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and store activations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
2. Promotional Marketing
- Develop and manage promotional materials (buntings, shelf talkers, posters) for F&B outlets and Umrah business.
- Plan and support in-store events, sampling sessions, or member days to increase footfall.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Create and schedule content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
- Manage online ads, monitor campaign performance, and optimize engagement and conversions.
4. Branding & Design Support
- Assist in developing brand visuals and simple design work using tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator (posters, flyers, social media posts, etc.).
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms — from packaging to digital banners.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Analyze customer behavior, competitors, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and suggestions to improve effectiveness.
6. Product Marketing (F&B Production)
- Support product development team with go-to-market strategies, packaging input, and marketing copy.
- Liaise with sales and production to ensure the marketing messaging matches product quality and positioning.
7. eCommerce & Online Sales Growth
- Support online store or platform listings (Shopee, Lazada, or own website).
- Monitor promotions, campaigns, and sales analytics to increase online revenue.
8. Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
