Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business opportunities across freight forwarding and logistics services (sea, air, and road).
  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Take full ownership of sales targets and deliver consistent growth.
  • Represent the company as a reliable and trusted partner in the Malaysian market.
  • Promote a positive, performance-driven team culture.
  • Work closely with operations teams to optimize service offerings and profitability.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Good understanding of the Malaysian logistics market (sea, air, warehousing, and road freight).
  • Familiar with FCL, LCL, air freight, road transport, INCOTERMS, and international shipping processes.
  • 3-5 years working experience related to sales experience.
  • A strong performer with proven B2B logistics or freight forwarding sales experience.
  • Experience in logistics/freight forwarding companies is a bonus.
  • Results-oriented, competitive, and driven by excellence.
  • A role model who leads through actions, not just words.
  • Strong communicator who thrives on building lasting partnerships.
  • Computer literate, competent in Ms Office applications.
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
  • Willing to work at Subang Jaya, Selangor.
