Salary: MYR 3,000 - MYR 10,000 per month, with commission potential ranging from MYR 1,500 to MYR 15,000.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Real Estate Negotiators. This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in the real estate industry, with a focus on residential sales. As a Real Estate Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
• Negotiating sales and rental agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilizing provided leads and marketing tools to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.

Requirements:
