We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth communication between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate the GM’s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; draft reports/presentations.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Documentation: Maintain confidential files, databases, and reports.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the GM, staff, guest and stake holders.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events or executive visits.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle special projects as assigned by the GM.
