Quantity Surveyor (Kota Kinabalu)

1. Capable of organizing commercial bidding and quotation, with familarity of tender requirements in the engineering field;
2. Proficient in project execution, contract preparation, and commercial negotiations in the engineering sector.
3. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Ensure compliance with Malaysian lawas and construction regulations, including CIDB and standard forms of contract (e.g. PAM, FIDIC)
5. Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and progress claims
