Job Description

Our Client is an international company seeking multiple Mandarin-speaking administrative officers to join their team. You will provide essential support to our Client's team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This entry-level role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to a professional environment. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments for team members.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Office Organization: Monitor and replenish office supplies, maintain a tidy workspace, and support office logistics.
  • Team Support: Assist with special projects, events, or tasks as assigned by supervisors to support departmental goals.

 Job Requirements

 To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications: 

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, though 0-1 year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Language: Mandarin and English
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Other: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
