The company’s core businesses include providing high-purity urea-based solutions for reducing diesel engine emissions in automotive and marine industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and support office operations.
- Handle employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Perform basic accounting duties, including bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
- Assist with SST (Sales and Service Tax) related matters (experience preferred).
- Manage and respond to official website emails and collect relevant information.
- Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, accounting, and payroll processing.
- Sales & Service Tax (SST) experience is an advantage.
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting software.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Mandarin speaking is essential as management is from China, and effective communication with them is required.
- Willing to work in Klang Utama, Selangor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
