Job Description :

• Remain up to date with developments in the standards industry (Eg: ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal and other international standard).
• Negotiate, close deals and respond to customer concerns
• Provide best solution to assisting the clients in obtaining the certification
• Ensures customer satisfaction and manage the quality of product and service delivery.
• Involved in managing the sales process and customer relationship management, including lead generation, client engagement, and post-sales support.
• Provides performance insights to management for informed decision-making and strategic improvements.
