Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor at AIA to join our team on a part-time basis in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the mortgage industry and possess a strong skill set including communication, problem-solving, presentation, relationship building, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, sales & marketing, leadership, product knowledge, and customer service. This role offers a hybrid work mode, providing flexibility for both remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Analyze financial information to determine the best mortgage options for clients.
• Present mortgage solutions effectively to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote mortgage products and services.
• Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding clients through the mortgage process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
