Job Title : Elite Life Planner

Summary :
As an Elite Life Planner at AIA, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial and life planning services to clients in order to help them achieve their long-term goals by providing them sense of confidence & security. This role requires a strong blend of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and relationship-building capabilities to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Provide expert advice on investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
• Deliver engaging presentations to educate clients on financial strategies and products
• Manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and deliver high-quality service
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend suitable financial solutions
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills by utilising "Takaful products" to attract new clients via networking and community involvement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Critical thinking skills
• Relationship-building capabilities
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficient time management
• Sound product knowledge in Being well-versed in AIA Takaful products.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with customer relationship management 
• Upholding ethical standards in line with Islamic finance

Minimum Qualification :

• Post Secondary / Diploma
