Law Lecturer (Kota Kinabalu)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Law Lecturer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, facilitating student learning, and contributing to curriculum development in law-related courses. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessments in the assigned law subjects.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and learning resources.
• Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Evaluate and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Participate in curriculum review and improvement initiatives.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Contribute to departmental activities and meetings.

Subjects: Business Law, Company Law, Law and Procedure of Meeting, Legal Aspects in Tourism, Legal Aspects in Hospitality Management, etc. 

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field. Bachelor’s Degree in Law is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in tertiary education (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian legal system and business law practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and modern teaching methodologies is an added advantage.
