ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle matters related to International Student Services.
  • Students Accommodation: To serve as a liaison between residents and third parties regarding the maintenance of premises, including reporting, coordinating, and allocating maintenance work orders.
  • Review facility usage requests and authorise the use of outdoor campus areas.
  • Determine and ensure compliance with security, health & safety, insurance, and permit requirements for facility use.
  • Coordinate and support student activities to enhance student engagement and development.
  • Assist students in applying for financial aid, scholarships, and other available funding opportunities to support their education.
  • Issue student ID cards to all new students.
  • Coordinate and support various student activities, events, and engagement programmes.
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of student welfare information and services.
  • Organise, maintain, and update students’ personal files securely and systematically.
  • Act as a central information hub for student-related matters across departments.
  • Represent the institution in education fairs, social events, and outreach activities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
  • Having complete knowledge and expertise in the field of work.
  • Good administrative capabilities along with standard communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Experience in handling student affairs, residence management, or international student services is an added advantage.
