Responsibility
- MM2H & PVIP visa application—liaise with Tokyo office and customers.
- Study support services.
- Insurance support.
- Tour - hotel/travel contracts and tour arrangements.
- Communicate with and assist Japanese customers.
- Reply email in Japanese related to Tropical business.
- Admin work related to Tropical business.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Social media savvy
- Must be able to speak and write in Japanese.
