Digital Marketing Officer (TikTok & Shopee)

Company Overview 

We are looking for 2-3 creative and driven Digital Marketing Officers to join our team. As an SME e-commerce seller, we require someone who can effectively manage and grow our digital presence to boost sales and enhance brand visibility. Our business operates multiple entities to manage accounts across various platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and more. We specialise in home improvement & home living products such as lighting, table mats, small home improvement items, toys, artificial jewellery, and accessories. 

Job Responsibilities:

- Upload and manage products on TikTok Shop & Shopee

- Plan and execute marketing strategies (discounts, vouchers, festival promotions, flash deals)

- Manage campaigns like 2.2, 3.3, 9.9, 11.11, etc.

- Process daily orders and update order statuses

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

- Create & post engaging TikTok videos daily
