Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on new account penetration, business development, and driving sales of One Stop Kitchen Solution based in Penang. The ideal candidate must have strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

What you'll be doing

  • New Account Management – Build and expand relationships with existing F&B related clients, and contractors of related industry players to specify products.
  • Sales Reporting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports including project records, customer data, and daily visit reports.
  • Pipeline Development – Develop a strong project pipeline within the Northern Region.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development – Proactively hunt for new leads and create business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Distributor Collaboration – Work closely with distributors to win project specifications and drive product adoption.
  • Market Intelligence – Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical support, and handle product claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance – Meet and exceed individual and group KPIs.
  • Additional Responsibilities – Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience – Preferably in FMCG food related, F&B equipment sales or project sales.
  • Results-Oriented & Independent – Strong ability to achieve sales targets and work with minimal supervision.
  • Creative & Resourceful – Ability to develop innovative solutions to sales challenges.
  • Team Player – Works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Thrives Under Pressure – Capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
  • Passionate About Networking – Enjoys meeting and engaging with new people.
  • Willingness to Travel – Must be open to outstation travel when required.
  • Own Transport Required – Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
  •  Professional Presentation Skills – Ability to confidently present products to clients.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Market Analysis Skills – Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
