• Process sales order and related documents example quotations & invoicing
• Liaise with customers and suppliers for negotiations price
• Handle customers' enquiries
• Generate reports
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Candidate with Diploma/ Advanced Diploma is an advantage.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
• Training will be provided.
• Alternate Saturday - half day
