Job Description

Our company is seeking a Customs Brokerage Representative who is experienced in managing customs compliance and clearance processes. This role is essential for the efficient handling of our imports and exports.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of customs clearance for imports and exports.
  • Liaise with customs officials to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage documentation required for customs and other government agencies.
  • Resolve any issues related to customs clearance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including customs management systems.
