We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Personnel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics with at least 5 years of experience in the industry. This role involves:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Understanding client needs and providing tailored logistics solutions
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical logistics is a plus
