Job scope:
- Provide necessary information to patients (walk-in, calls, emails)
- Update calendars; schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintains patient records by updating and keying in patients’ data into the database accordingly
- Prepare letters including medical travel letters, medical note, etc. (templates provided)
- Manage clinic supplies including stationeries, pantry supplies, etc.
- Assisting in other administrative work if needed
- Performs other duties assigned by the Doctor
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical practice preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and pleasant demeanour
