Role Descriptions
Full-time on-site Administrative Executive / Clerk position at Messrs. Loo Wai Hoong which includes the following descriptions:
• supporting day-to-day firm administrative management and matters
• preparing and maintaining case files and legal documents
• drafting letters
• assisting with court filing
• co-ordinating enforcement raids and following-up on matters with law enforcement authorities, statutory bodies and clients
• basic account book-keeping including issuing invoices and official receipts
• managing office supplies and overseeing logistics including handling deliveries of documents and travel arrangements
• answering incoming calls and taking messages
• filing, photocopying and binding
Qualifications
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in document management and court filing are a plus
• Own transportation
