Job Description

Document Control :

  1. Establish and maintain an effective document control system, including account documentation.
  2. Track and control document revisions and ensure all management have the latest versions.
  3. Ensure all the document accurate and complete.
  4. Conduct regular audits of document control procedures and implement improvements.

Administrative Support : 

  1. Provide general administrative support.
  2. Answer phone call, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  3. Prepare and maintain all records and reports.
  4. Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining office equipment. 

Qualifications : 

  1. Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business Management or related field.
  2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience, ideally experience in audit proceed.
  3. Fresh Grads are encourages to apply.
  4. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
  5. Strong attention to details and accuracy.
