Job Description

  1. price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
  2.  prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  3.  track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
  4.  measure and value the work done on site
  5.  liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
  6.  select and/or source construction materials
  7.  write reports
  8. Report or liaise with Project Manager/ Design Director of all related work matters
