You will be responsible for Sales Support activities which include:
Pre-sales
1. Products sourcing, request quotation from suppliers.
2. Prepare costing for quotation submission to customers.
3. Liaising with pre-sales engineers on bill-of-materials and pricing.
4. Monthly sales reporting.
5. Handling in-house sales enquiries and quotation preparation.
6. Liaising with vendors on pricing and deliveries.
Post-sales
1. Arrange SIRIM Import permit application, equipment type approvals and
importation.
2. Liaison with freight forwarder on deliveries.
3. Purchases – prepare purchase requisition to suppliers and vendors and
arrangement with suppliers on deliveries.
4. Issue sales invoice and delivery order to customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree or Diploma in Business or IT.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Self-driven individual with excellent customer service.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise opportunities accordingly.
5. Good communicator with ability to interact and dealing with different people of
diverse cultures.
6. Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data well.
7. Resourceful and has a sense of ownership to see things through to
completion.
8. Ability to work under pressure and produce good quality work.
9. Possess a mature attitude and is able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
10. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a must; a second or third
language an added advantage.
Basic Salary ranges from RM4500 to RM5500.
