Quality Control and R&D Executive (Bandar Baru Bangi)

Requirements:

• Degree in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates MUST HAVE experience in food, functional food, nutraceutical and traditional medicine at GMP, HACCP company AND PROVIDE the certificates in resume or attachments.
• Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and comply with legal requirements.
• Reviewing specifications to compare to final produced goods.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database.
• Monitoring the safe use of equipment.
• Proposing improvements to the production process to improve quality and efficiency.
• To carry out R&D projects such as food formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation.
• To initiate R&D efforts in creating new products.
• To establish/maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis methods, specifications (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact) and documents of all projects and samples status on time.
• Selection and quality control of food raw materials used in products to ensure quality of final product.
• Training the production team on quality control measures.
• Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training.
