Location: Balakong, Taming Jaya
Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000 (depends on experience)

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity.
• Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand.
• Identify potential opportunities in customers
• Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and trade promotion programs by complying with developing field sales action plans.
• Responsible for tasks such as managing sales and marketing strategy.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and consistently anticipating new business purchase opportunities by strategic products.
• To guide team to achieve personal/group/company target
• To train and guide team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years in sales & marketing with experience in Labels & Stickers printing industry.
• Able to speak in Malay, English and/or Mandarin.
• Computer literate : MS Words, MS Excel skills are required.
• Excellent selling and networking capability
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Posses own transport, willing to travel.
