Social Media Marketing Intern (Mont Kiara)

Position: Social Media Marketing Intern wanted in Klang Valley!

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to assist in managing and growing our online presence. As an intern, you'll work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, run campaigns, and help increase brand visibility across social media platforms. This role offers a great opportunity to build real-world experience and expand your portfolio in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing Chartwell Real Estate’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and ads to promote properties and services.

Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.

Assist in creating content (photos, videos, blogs) for property listings and marketing campaigns.

Research social media trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement.

Help track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance.

Assist with running digital ad campaigns and managing email marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Creativity and ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.

Basic skills in graphic design (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for marketing and the real estate industry.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

No prior experience necessary, but familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
