Job Responsibilities/Duties
o Identify and qualify new prospects
o Grow existing accounts’ revenue through identifying and developing new business opportunities
o Achieve retention and growth targets set by organization
o Develop and grow new customer relationships
o Using CRM to record all communication with customers/prospects
o Provide quotations
o Provide regular reports to management on results and findings in the region
Job Qualifications & Skills Preferred/Required
Required skills:
o Strong qualifying skills - Ability to research prospects, analyze potential untapped revenue against business drivers and assess commercial feasibility
o Outstanding presentation, preparation and delivery skills (from Executive to C suites)
o Solution selling and consultative sales methodologies
o Business centric in developing ROI for clients to understand the value of solution
o Ability to articulate and align organization solutions with clients’ vision to executives and business line managers
o Ability to work and communicate with technical people
o Organized and methodical in approach
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
o Positive attitude in the face of change, client centric mindset and proactive approach to problem solving
o Ability to maintain professionalism and focus when under pressure and tight deadlines
o Ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
Required Experience:
o Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Business administration, Marketing)
o 5-8 years of sales experience is a must for Manager role
o Above 8 years will be considered for Associate Director role
o Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (For executive role)
o Experience in translations/ localization industry is preferred but not required
o Experience in using Salesforce preferred but not required
