To prepare Project Brief, Master Work Program and cost feasibility study;
To monitor & control the consultant and contractor on the work completion in accordance to the agreed timeline;
Managing and coordinate in the tender process /RFP exercise vis-a-vis, calling for tender, analyze the offer and prepare recommendation paper for Management’s/Board’s approval;
To monitor all authority approval application from pre-submission until Certificate Completion and Compliance within valid and unexpired term at all time; and
Liaison with all authority for all work activities related to the project.
