Engineer Project (Semenyih)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead all new/existing customer start-up projects to production ramp
• Work closely with internal and external production groups to ensure project on schedule, product cost and quality in accordance to customers’ expectations
• Sustain and improve new Product Development processes and implementation
• Support internal and external customer in technical issues/queries
• Update and communicate on the project status, issues, challenges and schedule accordingly
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Posses knowledge on manufacturing processes
• Demonstrate ability to lead, plan, organize and schedule individual and group work assignments.
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, reporting skills and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task, resourceful and proactive
• Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate, competent in internet usage and Ms Office such as Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
