Job Description

Roles, Responsibilities & Authority:

  • Handle administrative part of the department eg data entry, documentation and filling of documents
  • Assist to prepare related documents of process customer order eg quotation, purchase order, invoice and other related documents involved in order processing i.e. shipping instructions and other technical inquiries forms
  • Coordinate with internal support team on shipment arrangements
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Superior

Requirement:

  • Female only
  • Min SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematic. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word etc
