IT Engineer (Puchong)

We are Laboratory Information System (LIS) solution developer & provider. Our clients include Pathological Lab in major hospitals (government & private) throughout Malaysia.

One of the critical parts of the solution comprises of training and support services. Our success and growing operations depend on a team of highly skilled and well-trained professionals. Our head office and R&D center is located in Puchong, Selangor, and we have sales representatives, engineers and application specialist covering different region throughout the country.

We are looking for suitable candidate to join us to expand our business, including overseas market. If you think you have the credentials, personality and a strong desire to excel, you are welcome to apply this position. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide post sales service which includes performing installations, Commissioning, Customer training, Corrective maintenance on IT system including computer hardware, software (Windows environment) and networking.
• 2 positions available (based in KL, Perak, or Penang)

Job Requirements: 

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Science related field.
• Possess working experience in computer assembly, OS and software installation, configuration maintenance, networking setup and configuration.
• Fresh graduate with interest and knowledge in these fields are also encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport (car), willing to travel to customer site throughout Malaysia.
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Highly motivated, result oriented and work with minimum supervision

Salary range: RM2,000 - RM4,000
