Key Responsibilities:
As an Online Sales Advisor, you’ll be the digital face of NW Group, responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Promoting our services, which include SME loans, government grants, and training solutions to prospective clients.
- Converting leads into customers through excellent communication and persuasive sales techniques.
- Maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through consistent effort and effective sales strategies.
- Providing exceptional after-sales support, answering customer questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and improve online sales campaigns.
- Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer data and sales pipelines efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be the perfect fit, you should have:
- Proven experience in online sales or customer service, preferably in B2B & B2C sectors.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of SME financing and government grants is a plus but not mandatory.
