Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve targeted sales objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales and operational performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Expand business with new and existing customers.
  • Increase customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
  • Engage with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan and implement marketing activities for customers.
  • Engage with customers and users to understand their evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions.
  • Gather and provide feedback on market and competitor information.
  • Prepare presentation materials and conduct sessions for new and existing corporate customers and system integrators on product range and new products.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain contact with existing and potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-oriented attitude with a desire for progress.
  • Strong command of English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
