Job Summary:
NW Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for sales and a keen interest in financial services and training solutions. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of services including SME loans, government grants, training provider services, and team-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue potential corporate clients, especially SMEs, who can benefit from NW Group's offerings.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and grow the business.
- Engage in lead generation through networking, social media, and other outreach methods.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Support the team in meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Contribute to sales reporting and tracking performance metrics.
- Participate in developing strategies to enhance sales performance.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Assist in negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and agreements.
Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Learn and understand NW Group’s products and services, including updates and new offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing insights and feedback on client needs and market trends.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
